You spin me right round round....

I've decided that the girls and I need new spots to hang out.  The 'usual' spots that we go to are getting old and are waaay too young for what we want/looking for. (Unless it's for a bit of fun, then they're perfect.) So I somehow got connected to this singles group on FB. I guess the Pop-up singles group is the new trend now and I ended up on it. Which worked out pretty well, they've got a couple of events planned but I also put out a call to find out what are some good spots to hit up in DC that are lounge type places since I'm really not trying to party it up hard, I just want to sit around, have a couple of drinks and chit chat with my friends. I got a couple of good hits, probably trying the first place out on Friday night. Anything to get out and meet new folks cause this same ol', same ol' merri-go-round is getting boring.
